Treating my Dry Scalp with help from youtube
A few weeks ago on youtube, I came across something called the ACV (apple cider vinegar) Rinse. Now at first when I saw this on youtube, I was a little confused. Mainly because I have always seen people use apple cider vinegar for weight loss or other things. So seeing people use it in there natural hair was interesting to me.
What is apple cider vinegar
An ancient folk remedy, apple cider vinegar has been used for thousands of years. Whether for cooking or natural medicine purposes, this stuff does it all.
Made similar to alcohol, you first expose the vinegar or crushed apples to yeast, which ferments the sugars and turns them into alcohol. And then secondly you add bacteria to the alcohol solution which allows it to ferment more, resulting in acetic acid. Which to sum it up makes it the main active compound in this vinegar.
How I use the Acv rinse
So below you can see my youtube video in which I talk about how I do the ACV rinse to help relieve my itchy dry scalp. As well as how much I love this product. Not only because it is cheap and organic, but it has multiple purposes. So as usual if you all enjoy my video, be sure to like, comment, and share. As well as share this video if you know anyone suffering from dandruff or a dry scalp.
