Which leaves the question, “What exactly is the most  popular gemstone ring alternative”?.  Purchasing a moissanite diamond engagement ring is a great option for those who are on a budget.  Moissanite is a well crafted made stone that is constantly gaining recognition.  Yet with the recognition, their has been some debate circulating around these rings.  There are many people that rather choose the traditional route when it comes to choosing rings.  They believe it should be a preferrred gemstone instead of something different.

Though on the other hand, their are still a number of people that actively search for these  kind of gemstone alternatives.

A typcial gemstone from a jeweley store normally ranges around $10,000 or more. Where as instead,  you can spend $1,000 on a moissanite stone that has the same cut and size.  They provide you with a great look that is sheek and stylish.  Other reasons why people decide to purchase a moissanite over a convential gemstone is that:

If it suits a person’s tastes and they love it, it doesn’t matter what the ring is made of. It is not meant to be a status symbol of how rich one is but to represent a commitment between two people.

The ring shown in this post is very pretty.

I really do not know much about gemstones. This is my first time hearing about moissanite – good to know it is on the more affordable side!

That ring is gorgeous! I think jewellery is very personal, so it’s up to the individual to choose 🙂 x

I’ve bought gemstone rings before, but I am not sure I would want one for an engagement ring. In my mind I picture a diamond.

Seems like a good alternative. Diamonds, like any other gemstone only hold value based on their demand. Still, I’m old school and would prefer a real diamond at least for engagement.

Im actually not a big diamond kind of gal personally. I prefer gemstones like emerald but i really love the look of moissanite.
