Q: What inspired you to start doing youtube? Did you always have a passion for making videos?
A: It was a way to express myself and get my opinions out and at the same time give some advice to others who might’ve been struggling with the same topics or issues. I’ve never thought of making videos as my passion. What I am passionate about is helping others out and motivating others to become the best they can be.
Q: How long have you been on youtube?
A: I’ve been doing YouTube on and off now for about 6-8 years maybe?. A lot of people may think it’s easy, but it’s not. Mainly because everyone only sees the overnight success. There is a lot of hard work that people don’t see that gets them to where they need to be.
Q: Are there any youtubers you look up to or envy? If so who are they?
A: Yeah! I like Swoozie, Casey Neistat, Peter McKinnon, and some other gym channels. They each have something I like about them, that I would like to combine all of it into one and put on my channel.
Q: If you could describe your channel in one sentence what would you say?
A: It’s a mess, haha. Honestly, I am still learning a lot along the way in terms when it comes to what I want my channel to center around and what I want in life. Becuase as I continue to grow in life, so will my channel. Ultimately I do not want to be stuck in a niche. I want to do travel videos, cinematic, fashion, tech review, motivational, and lifestyle vlogs. That’s a mouthful to say haha.
Q: Where do you see your life going in the next few years? What are you striving to achieve?
A: I see my life going in the best possible direction. Living my best life and becoming the best version of myself that I can. I want to be able to wake up without having to worry about being late for work, looking for a job, putting food on the table, and paying rent. I would like to be able to sit at a cafe and have a drink while people watch and study how others interact. Is that weird? Sounds Weird when I say it. I guess you can say it’s the freedom that I want. I want to be able to help others achieve the right mindset, to become an example for others like myself that wants to achieve the unthinkable.
Q: Last but not least what advice would you give to someone that wants to start youtube?
A: Hmm, understand that you only have one life and that you could die tomorrow (God forbid). That the human body is so fragile and as you all can see i am very philosophical. I like to mull things over a million times and tend to think too deep. But honestly, some good advice would be to believe in yourself when no one else will. Fail your way to success. When you don’t get the results you want, keep on going! Never give up. And think about what you love and make videos about that. Haha, I’m still learning also.
