Pho: Asian Cuisine
So yesterday for the first time I decided to try something different to eat. I had a delicious bowl of beef and brisket pho from the “Vietnam House” restaurant. For people who may not know, Pho is a Vietnamese noodle soup dish consisting of broth, herbs, rice noodles, and meat. Primarily served with seasoned chicken or beef, the flavors compliment one another to make a hearty dish.
Since discovering Pho, it has made me want to try more asian food dishes. It has made me realize it is more to life than ramen and wonton soup lol. I mean I know there is, but I guess you never know what you could be missing out on until you try something new.
So below is a picture of my meal from last night that I topped off with basil and bean sprouts. I was able to take a picture of my delicious bowl of pho before it was all gone lol. The broth was tasty and the beef and brisket cooked to perfection. I was thoroughly pleased with my food and I couldn’t get enough of it.
I am for sure excited to come back to this place again to get some more delicious food. Because as someone like me that enjoys Asian food or a variety of food in general, I love finding new eating spots. I am always down to try any food that is edible lol.
Located in the heart of Chinatown on 901 Race Street, the Vietnamese restaurant gives you a nice at home vibe. Along with a very relaxed atmosphere and a friendly staff to top it off. So if you live in Philadelphia, or near the tri-state area get yourself some pho or some delicious Asian cuisine in Chinatown. You will not regret it!
