So yesterday for the first time I decided to try something different to eat. I had a delicious bowl of beef and brisket pho from the “Vietnam House” restaurant. For people who may not know, Pho is a Vietnamese noodle soup dish consisting of broth, herbs, rice noodles, and meat. Primarily served with seasoned chicken or beef, the flavors compliment one another to make a hearty dish.
On the right is a picture of my meal from last night that I topped off with basil and bean sprouts. I was able to take a picture of my delicious bowl of pho before it was all gone lol. The broth was tasty and the beef and brisket cooked to perfection. I was thoroughly pleased with my food and excited to come back again. As someone like me that enjoys Asian food, I love finding new eating spots. I am always down to try any food that is edible lol.
Located on 901 Race Street, the Vietnamese restaurant gives you a nice at home vibe. Along with a very relaxed atmosphere and a friendly staff to top it off. So if you live in Philadelphia, get yourself some pho or some delicious Asian cuisine in Chinatown. You will not regret it!
