Pho Spot in Chinatown: Vietnam House

Pho Spot in Chinatown: Vietnam House

So yesterday for the first time I  decided to try something different to eat.  I had a delicious bowl of beef and brisket pho that was out of this world.  For people who may not know,  Pho is a vietnamese noodle soup consisting of broth, herbs, rice noodles, and meat.  Primarily served with seasoned chicken or beef, the flavors compliment one anohter to make a hearty dish.  Below is a picture of my meal from last night that I topped off with basil and bean sprouts.   I  was able to take a picture of my delicious bowl of heaven before it was all gone lol.

Located on 901 Race Street, the restaurant gives you a nice homey vibe.  Along  with a very relaxed atmosphere  and a friendly staff to top it off.  So if you live in Philadelphia, definitely get yourself some pho or  some delicious asian cuisine in Chinatown. You won’t regret it!

This looks good. I’ve never tried rice noodles. I’m going to have to try those some day soon.

I honestly haven’t eaten much Vietnamese food – but this sounds really good. I will have to try it when I am in the area.
